Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $50 or more after discounts, before tax, to eligible US destinations. Orders below $50 ship for $5. Available destinations and final charges are shown at checkout. Tracking details are sent when your order ships. For questions about delivery timing or shipping to your destination, contact us before ordering.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with their original packaging.

How to start a return

Contact PARLX through our Contact page with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please contact us before sending anything back. We will confirm eligibility and provide the return address and instructions. Do not send returns to the manufacturer or to the address on the original shipping package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Return shipping and refunds

For change-of-mind returns, including choosing a different size or style, you are responsible for return shipping. We recommend a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage. We do not charge a restocking fee.

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Original delivery charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or misdescribed items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, is incorrect, or does not match its description, please contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the problem. Clear photos of the item and packaging, where possible, help us resolve the issue. PARLX will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including any necessary return shipping. These issues are handled separately from change-of-mind returns; the 14-day change-of-mind window does not limit your rights under applicable law.
